To ensure proper data communications, open all TCP traffic on ports 80 and 443 for the following domains:
* playon.wmod.llnwd.net: 80 (enables viewing the VOD video stream that are in a WMV format)
* playon.fcod.llnwd.net:1935 (enables viewing of VOD video streams that are in an MP4 and FLV format)

Please find out if your IT department utilizes a traffic shaper. If they do, please ensure that they setup the streaming computer to bypass the shaper, as we have experienced problems with traffic shapers disrupting the streaming and uploading of video files.
You should perform a test stream to verify this. Have the IT department contact support@playonsports.com if they require additional information.
